Holded invoices, products and credit notes
LiveConnect Holded and the invoice a customer asks for is the real one: Miross finds the invoice that names the order and attaches its PDF to your reply, and on Mirakl marketplaces uploads it to the order too. Your products and their costs come into the catalogue.
What Miross does with Holded
- Send the invoice, a one-click skill (Growth and up): Miross finds the Holded invoice whose number, description, notes, lines or custom fields name the order, from the last 13 months, and shows its number, total and date on the case.
- Once you confirm, the PDF is attached to your reply, which you read and send. On Mirakl marketplaces such as Leroy Merlin, it is also uploaded to the order as the customer invoice.
- Nothing is made up in Holded: if no invoice there names the order, the case says so. Sellers who don’t invoice in Holded issue the invoice in Miross itself, with the VAT of the right country.
- Your Holded products, with their costs, come into the Miross product catalogue.
- Your API key is stored encrypted and never shown again.
How to connect
- In Holded, open Settings → Developers → API keys and create a key.
- In Miross, open Settings → Integrations, pick Holded and paste the key.
- Miross checks the key and syncs your products; cases with an order number can now send the invoice.

Does Miross create invoices?
With your books in Holded, it sends the invoice Holded already has for the order, as the real PDF. If no invoice names the order, the card says so and nothing is sent. Sellers who don’t invoice in Holded issue their invoices in Miross itself, with the VAT of the right country and their own numbering series.
Can Miross correct an invoice?
Yes: an invoice is corrected with a credit note, issued in Holded once a person confirms.
Does Holded count as a message channel?
No. Holded is a data connector: free on every plan, and it doesn’t count toward your message channels.
