Terms of Service
The agreement between you and Miross when you use the service.
Last updated:
The agreement
Miross is provided by MIROSS LABS, S.L. (NIF B05706981), Calle Isabel Colbrand 6, Piso 2, 28050 Madrid, Spain (“Miross”, “we”). These terms apply when you create an account or use Miross. If you use Miross for a company, you accept them on its behalf and confirm you are allowed to. Miross is a tool for businesses; it is not offered to consumers.
Your account
Keep your login details to yourself and tell us quickly if you think someone else has them. You are responsible for what the people you invite to your workspace do there. You must be at least 18.
What you connect
You may only connect marketplaces, mailboxes and chat accounts that you are entitled to use, and you remain bound by the terms of those services. Miross acts on those accounts for you: what it sends, refunds or changes there is done in your name and on your instruction, including through rules you set up.
Acceptable use
Do not use Miross to:
- send spam or messages your recipients have not asked for;
- break the law or the rules of the marketplaces and channels you connect;
- get at data that is not yours, probe or overload the service, or get round its limits;
- resell the service or build a competing product from it.
We may suspend an account that does any of this, with notice where the situation allows.
AI features
Translations, summaries, drafts, suggestions and formalized replies are generated by language models and can be wrong. AI is on by default, and an admin can turn it off for the workspace with one switch. AI never sends anything on its own: Miross shows its output to a person before anything is sent, and checking it is your responsibility, as is any rule you create that sends messages or takes actions without review.
Mike, the assistant, answers from your workspace’s data and can be wrong too. He does not reply to your customers. What he changes he prepares for a person to confirm or, where an admin has set him to act by himself, does at once and lists in his activity; an email to your team or to an address an admin has listed, and a carrier claim to the address set for claims, can then leave without a person pressing send. Deciding how far he goes, and checking what he does, is your responsibility.
Plans, trial and payment
- New workspaces get a 14-day free trial of the Growth plan with no card required, capped at 300 billable conversations. The trial starts when the workspace connects its first message channel, not when it is created. When it ends, the inbox stays readable and paid features pause until you choose a plan.
- Subscriptions are billed in advance through Stripe: monthly, yearly or, for Growth and Scale, every two years. Prices on the pricing page exclude VAT, which is added according to your country and tax ID.
- Message channels are the marketplaces (Amazon, each Mirakl marketplace and the others we add), mailboxes and chat accounts you connect; each one counts toward your plan’s channel limit. Data connectors (such as Sendcloud, Shopify, WooCommerce, PrestaShop and Holded) and the live chat widget do not.
- Extra users (€15 a month or €150 a year) and extra message channels (€10 a month or €100 a year) can be added to Starter (up to 3 of each) and Growth (up to 5 of each).
- You can cancel at any time; the plan runs to the end of the period already paid and is not refunded pro rata, except where the law requires it or the two-year promise below applies.
- If we change prices, we will tell you at least 30 days before your next renewal. A price locked for a term (two-year plans, the prices kept by workspaces created before 1 November 2026, the founding offer) does not change during that term.
Conversations, extras and the spend cap
- Each plan includes a number of billable conversations per calendar month (UTC). A case counts once in a month if at least one outbound message was successfully sent through Miross for it that month, whether by a person, a rule or the MCP server. Messages synced from other tools, cases never replied to and backfilled history do not count.
- Conversations beyond the allowance cost €10 per 100, rounded up to the next 100, and are billed monthly in arrears. The first month in which a workspace goes over its allowance is not billed; we show a notice and suggest a plan that fits instead.
- Each workspace has a spend cap on extra conversations. By default it is 50% of the plan’s list monthly fee; admins can raise it, lower it or set it to 0. We warn admins at 80% and 100% of the allowance.
- When the cap is reached, AI drafts, summaries and image and voice reading pause for conversations not yet billable that month. The inbox, translation, the SLA clock, the order panel and sending messages never stop.
Two-year plans
- Growth and Scale can be bought for two years, paid upfront. The price is locked for those 24 months; the conversation allowance still resets every calendar month.
- If Miross shuts down, or removes a paid feature of your plan, during those 24 months, we refund the unused part of what you paid, pro rata.
- Contracts and invoices list only features that are live, never ones still in development.
Prices before 1 November 2026, and the founding offer
- Workspaces created before 1 November 2026 (00:00, Madrid time) keep the prices in force before that date (€29, €79 or €199 a month, or €279, €759 or €1,911 a year for Starter, Growth or Scale) with that plan’s features at the time and no conversation limit, for 24 months from the day the workspace was created. After that, list prices apply, with the notice described above.
- Founding offer: from 1 November 2026, the first 25 workspaces to start paying get 30% off their plan’s list base fee for 24 months. It applies to monthly billing only; allowances and extra conversations are charged at list rates, and it cannot be combined with yearly or two-year billing.
Your data
Your conversations and customer data remain yours. You give us permission to process them only as needed to run the service for you. The Privacy Policy and the Data Processing Agreement form part of these terms. You can export or delete your workspace at any time.
Our service
We work to keep Miross available and your data safe, and we run nightly backups. We do not promise uninterrupted service: Miross depends on marketplaces, mail providers and other third parties that can fail or change. We may add, change or remove features; if we remove something you rely on, we will give reasonable notice.
Intellectual property
Miross, its software and its brand belong to us. Your content belongs to you. Logos and names of marketplaces and other services shown in Miross belong to their owners and do not imply affiliation.
Liability
Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, such as for intent or gross negligence. Otherwise, Miross is not liable for lost profits, lost sales, marketplace penalties or other indirect loss, and our total liability in any 12-month period is limited to what you paid us in that period.
Ending the agreement
You can stop using Miross and delete your workspace whenever you like. We can end the agreement with 30 days’ notice, or at once if these terms are seriously breached. After deletion your data is erased as described in the Privacy Policy.
Changes, law and contact
We may update these terms; for changes that matter we will email account holders at least 30 days ahead, and continuing to use Miross after that means you accept them. These terms are governed by Spanish law and disputes go to the courts of Madrid, unless mandatory law says otherwise. Questions: privacy@miross.io.
