Sell on Carrefour: support, orders, labels and invoices

FRLive

Carrefour runs on Mirakl, and Miross does the whole job there with your seller key. Buyer messages arrive in one queue, translated and sorted by the reply deadline, and orders come into the order book. The shipping label is made automatically by your rules and its tracking number sent back, the invoice is issued with the right VAT, and prices are written from your margin rules. Cancellations, returns and refunds run through the marketplace API once a person confirms.

Selling on Carrefour with Miross

Carrefour runs separate Mirakl marketplaces in France and Spain, and Miross lists both. Each connects with its own API URL and seller key and counts as its own message channel, so a seller on both answers French and Spanish customers from the same queue, each message translated into the team’s language and each reply into the customer’s. Orders from both come into one order book. The shipping label is made automatically by your rules and its tracking number goes back to Carrefour. The invoice is issued with the VAT of the right country, by Miross itself or from Holded or Odoo if you keep your books there, and each country carries a price worked out from your margin rules. Cancellations before shipping use the marketplace’s own reason codes, which Miross reads from your account when you connect; returns and refunds work the same way, once a person confirms.

What Miross does with Carrefour

  • Syncs the Carrefour inbox every few minutes and links every thread to its Carrefour order automatically.
  • Translates buyer messages on arrival and your replies on send, and sorts the queue by the reply deadline.
  • Replies land in the Carrefour thread, addressed to the customer or to the Carrefour operator team, with their attachments.
  • Carrefour orders come into the order book next to Amazon, your other marketplaces and your shop; the ones that need accepting are accepted from there.
  • Shipping labels are made automatically when an order is ready: your rules pick the carrier and the service by country, weight and channel.
  • The tracking number and the carrier go back to Carrefour, so the order is confirmed as shipped without anyone retyping it.
  • Invoices: Miross issues the invoice itself, with the VAT of the right country and your own numbering series, or takes it from Holded or Odoo if you keep your books there. The PDF goes out with your reply and is uploaded to the Carrefour order.
  • Prices from your margin rules: a price per country, worked out from the product’s cost, the shipping, the commission and the VAT, and written to Carrefour once you approve it.
  • Cancellations before shipping: lines not accepted yet are refused, and accepted lines that haven’t shipped are cancelled with Carrefour’s own reason, after you confirm.
  • Returns and refunds from the same case: the return label from your carrier, and the refund carried out on Carrefour once a person confirms.

How to connect

  1. Create an API key in the Carrefour seller portal (Settings → API keys).
  2. In Miross, open Settings → Integrations, pick Carrefour, paste the API URL and the key.
  3. Miross probes the key, discovers your shop and reason codes, and starts syncing messages and orders.
  4. Connect a carrier and write your shipping rules, and set your tax details once: labels and invoices then follow from each order.

Questions

Do I need anything from Carrefour’s support team?

No. The API key you generate yourself is enough. If the key serves several shops, add one integration per shop id.

Will replies show up in the Carrefour back office?

Yes. Miross writes to the same thread through the marketplace API, so the conversation is complete on both sides.

What about attachments?

Inbound attachments are listed on the message; outbound files are sent with your reply and kept as copies.

Do I have to accept orders in the Carrefour portal?

No. Orders that need accepting are accepted from the order book in Miross, next to the orders of every other channel.

Can I create shipping labels for my Carrefour orders?

Yes. Connect your own carrier contracts or a Sendcloud account and write rules by country, weight and channel. When an order from Carrefour is ready, Miross makes the label by itself, and the tracking number and the carrier go back to Carrefour, where the order is confirmed as shipped.

How are invoices for Carrefour orders issued?

Miross issues them itself: each invoice carries the VAT of the right country (the destination country’s under the one-stop shop, or your own), a number from your own series and your template. If you keep your books in Holded or Odoo, Miross uses the invoice from there. Either way the PDF goes out with your reply and is uploaded to the Carrefour order.

Can Miross set my prices on Carrefour?

Yes. You write a margin rule, and Miross works out the price for each country from the product’s cost, the shipping, the commission and the VAT. Each change waits for your approval, and the approved price is written to Carrefour.

Does Carrefour count as a message channel?

Yes. Every marketplace, mailbox and chat account you connect counts toward your plan’s message channels.
