From the first message to a closed case
Amazon, Leroy Merlin, Carrefour and fifty more marketplaces, plus Gmail, Outlook and WhatsApp, in one queue. Each message arrives translated and sorted by its reply deadline, with the order next to it.
1
Step 1: Connect your channels
Amazon and the marketplaces with their API keys; Gmail, Outlook and WhatsApp through a hosted sign-in. Passwords are never typed into Miross.
2
Step 2: Work one queue
Every message lands in the same list, translated, with its deadline and its order.
3
Step 3: Review and send
Open the case, read the draft, change what you like and send. The reply leaves in the customer’s language.
Amazon, your marketplaces and your own shop feed the same list. You see what ships today, what is on hold and what already left, and each order carries its label, its invoice and its conversation.
1
Step 1: The order arrives
Miross reads it from the channel, with its lines and its address.
2
Step 2: Your rules prepare it
The carrier and the service are chosen. The label and the invoice follow from the same order.
3
Step 3: It ships, and the channel knows
The tracking number is sent back to the marketplace and the order moves to shipped.
An order comes in, your rules pick the carrier and the service, and Miross makes the label by itself. You print it, and the tracking number goes back to the marketplace.
1
Step 1: Connect a carrier
Enter your contract’s details once, in Shipping.
2
Step 2: Write your rules
By country, weight and channel, with the service each one should use.
3
Step 3: Print and hand over
Labels arrive made. Print them, stick them on, and the carrier collects.
Miross issues the invoice for each order with the VAT it calls for: the destination country’s under the one-stop shop, or your own country’s. Your numbering series, your template, your logo.
1
Step 1: Set your tax details once
Your company, how you charge VAT, your series and your template.
2
Step 2: Issue
One invoice from an order, or all of a day’s orders at once.
3
Step 3: Send
The PDF goes to the customer from the conversation, or to Amazon for the order.
Tell Miross the margin to keep. It works out a price per country and marketplace from what the product really costs you, and each change waits for your approval before it is written to the channel.
1
Step 1: Give each product its cost
Type it, import it or let your purchase orders set it.
2
Step 2: Write a rule
The margin to keep, and the products and markets it applies to.
3
Step 3: Approve the changes
Review the proposed prices and approve them one by one or together.
The customer asks for a return in your portal and receives a label from your carrier, and you receive the parcel by scanning it with a phone. Each return keeps its reason.
1
Step 1: The customer asks
In the portal, or in a conversation where Miross proposes the return and a person confirms it.
Each product is kept once, with its cost, EAN, pictures, weight and size, and a row per country with its price, VAT and stock. Mike creates products from a supplier’s delivery note, and Miross publishes them to Amazon, your marketplaces and your shop.
1
Step 1: Bring your products in
Import them from a channel you already sell on, or hand Mike a delivery note or a price list and let him read it.
2
Step 2: Complete each record
Cost, EAN, pictures, weight and size once, and the price and VAT of each country.
3
Step 3: Publish
Choose the channels. The product goes to Amazon, the marketplaces and your shop, and stays in sync with Holded or Odoo.
Draw your warehouse, give every shelf a location such as A-03-2 and know what is in each one. Miross builds the pick route for the day’s orders, deducts the stock when a parcel ships and warns you when a product runs low.
1
Step 1: Draw the warehouse
Aisles, racks and shelves, each bin with its location.
2
Step 2: Put the stock in its place
Receive the goods by scanning them with a phone and give each product its bin.
3
Step 3: Pick and ship the day’s orders
Follow the route for the day’s orders. The stock is deducted when each parcel ships.
Ask in plain words how much you made yesterday, what has to ship or which products lose money. Mike answers from your own orders, costs and cases, and prepares the work that follows.
1
Step 1: You ask
In the app or from your phone, in your own words.
2
Step 2: Mike reads and shows
He looks up what is needed and shows it as cards you can open.
3
Step 3: The work gets done
He does what you allowed and leaves the rest ready for you to confirm.
