Built by a seller who had to answer for that data. Every default is the safe one.
Hosted in the EU
Servers, database and backups in Germany, and AI processed inside the EU. The exception is email for the relay channels (Amazon, bol.com, TikTok Shop), live chat visitors and your account, which goes through Resend in the USA.
Credentials never touch us
Gmail, Outlook, WhatsApp and Instagram connect through a hosted sign-in. Passwords are never typed into Miross.
Keys sealed and rotated
Marketplace API keys are encrypted with AES-256-GCM under rotating keys and never shown again, not even to you.
AI on by default, and one switch
Translation and suggestions are on by default, processed in the EU with zero data retention, and one switch turns them off. They see only stripped message text, are metered, and are never trained on.
Every action audited
Logins, sends, actions and rule runs leave an append-only trail: who, what, when.
Export and delete, first-class
Your cases, messages and contacts export on request; deletion purges, it doesn’t hide.
