One product catalogue for every channel you sell on
Each product is kept once, with its cost, EAN, pictures, weight and size, and a row per country with its price, VAT and stock. Mike creates products from a supplier’s delivery note, and Miross publishes them to Amazon, your marketplaces and your shop.

What it does
What each product record holds
- 01
One record for every channel
A product exists once in Miross, with its SKU, EAN, pictures, weight and size. Amazon, the marketplaces and your shop all draw on that record, so a change is made in one place.
- 02
Products from a delivery note or a price list
Give Mike a supplier’s delivery note or price list, as a PDF or a photo. He reads the lines and prepares the products with their references, names and costs, ready for you to check.
- 03
What each product really costs
Every product carries its cost. Purchase orders add the freight and the duties of a shipment and share them out among the units received, so the cost you see is the landed cost.
- 04
A row per country
Under each product there is a row for every country and marketplace where it sells, with its price, its VAT and its stock. You see at a glance where a product is listed and at what price.
- 05
Published to Amazon, marketplaces and your shop
Choose the channels and Miross sends the product there with its data and its pictures. A new product reaches every channel from one screen instead of one upload per portal.
- 06
In step with Holded and Odoo
Products and their costs are synced with Holded and Odoo. Your accounting or ERP and your sales channels work from the same catalogue.
How it works
From the supplier’s paper to a live listing
- 1
Bring your products in
Import them from a channel you already sell on, or hand Mike a delivery note or a price list and let him read it.
- 2
Complete each record
Cost, EAN, pictures, weight and size once, and the price and VAT of each country.
- 3
Publish
Choose the channels. The product goes to Amazon, the marketplaces and your shop, and stays in sync with Holded or Odoo.
Product information and costs for marketplace sellers
A seller’s catalogue usually lives in several places that disagree. Amazon has one title and one set of pictures, each marketplace has its own spreadsheet to upload, the shop has a third version and the cost sits in the supplier’s PDF or in the accounting program. Adding twenty new products means typing them four times. And when someone asks what a product really costs, with freight and duties, the answer takes an afternoon.
Miross keeps one record per product. It holds what is true everywhere: the SKU, the EAN, the name, the pictures, the weight and size, and the cost. Under it there is a row per country and marketplace with what varies: the price, the VAT and the stock. New products do not have to be typed. Mike reads a supplier’s delivery note or price list, as a PDF or a photo, and prepares the products with their references and costs.
Costs come from purchasing. You keep your suppliers and your purchase orders in Miross, add the freight and the duties of each shipment, and when the goods are received those costs are shared out among the units. That landed cost is what the pricing rules use to work out margins. From the same record, products are published to Amazon, the marketplaces and your shop, and products and costs are synced with Holded and Odoo.
Day to day, there is one place to look and one place to change. A new picture, a corrected weight or a new cost is entered once. Receiving a delivery updates the stock and the cost together. Launching a product in another country means adding its row and publishing it. And because orders, prices and invoices all read the same record, the margin of a sale is worked out with the cost that product really had.
Who the catalogue is for
A one-person shop on Amazon and two marketplaces
New products stop being an evening of typing. You photograph the delivery note, Mike prepares the products, and you publish them to Amazon and your marketplaces from one screen.
A team selling in five countries
Each product has one record and a row per country. Whoever looks after France and whoever looks after Germany see the same product, each with their own price, VAT and stock.
A brand with its own Shopify shop and a warehouse
Purchase orders, freight and duties give every product its landed cost. The shop, the marketplaces and Holded or Odoo work from the same catalogue, and received goods update stock and cost together.

Questions
Common questions
How do I manage one product catalogue for Amazon, marketplaces and my shop?
Keep each product once in Miross, with its data, its pictures and its cost, and a row for each country where it sells. From that record the product is published to Amazon, the marketplaces and your shop. A change is made once and reaches every channel.
Can products be created from a supplier’s delivery note?
Yes. Give Mike the delivery note or the price list as a PDF or a photo. He reads each line and prepares the products with their references, names and costs for you to check.
What is landed cost, and how does Miross calculate it?
Landed cost is what a unit has cost you once it is in your warehouse: its purchase price plus its share of freight and duties. In Miross you add those costs to the purchase order, and they are shared out among the units when the goods are received.
Can a product have a different price and VAT in each country?
Yes. Every product has a row per country and marketplace with its own price, VAT and stock. The pricing rules can fill in those prices from your margin.
Does the catalogue sync with Holded and Odoo?
Yes. Products and their costs are synced with Holded and Odoo, so your accounting or ERP and Miross describe the same products at the same cost.
Which product data does Miross keep?
For each product, the SKU, the EAN, the name, the pictures, the weight and size and the cost. For each country and marketplace, the price, the VAT and the stock.
Can I import the products I already sell on Amazon or in my shop?
Yes. Miross reads the products from Amazon and from the channels you connect, and brings them together in one catalogue. You then complete each record with its cost and whatever is missing.
Does Miross manage suppliers and purchase orders?
Yes. Each supplier has its own card, and purchase orders carry their lines, their freight and their duties. When the goods are received, the stock goes up and each product’s cost is updated.
