What it does
Every number, card and chart is produced by Miross from your orders, costs and cases. The model asks for them; it never writes a figure itself.
Mike drafts replies in the customer’s language, reads a supplier’s delivery note into products, proposes prices and lists what has to ship. You find the work ready and decide what goes ahead.
For each kind of work you choose whether Mike asks first, does it and tells you, or does it quietly, with limits per action and per day. What can be put back has an Undo, and everything he did is on the Activity page.
Mike sees what your role can see and acts as you, with the same checks and audit trail as the screens. He cannot do anything you could not do yourself.
Mike’s AI is processed inside the EU with zero data retention, and nothing is ever used to train a model. One switch turns the AI off, and Mike then answers with rules instead of a model.
Ask from your desk or from the warehouse. Mike is in the web app and in the phone app, with the same answers and the same limits.
How it works
In the app or from your phone, in your own words.
He looks up what is needed and shows it as cards you can open.
He does what you allowed and leaves the rest ready for you to confirm.
Running a shop on several channels means holding a great deal in your head: what sold yesterday, which orders are late, which customer is waiting and which product stopped earning. The answers exist, spread over reports, exports and screens. A general chatbot does not help, because it does not know your orders and will make up a figure when it has none. Mike works inside Miross, on your real orders, costs, cases and stock.
You ask in your own words. Mike works out what is needed, asks Miross for it and shows the result as cards and charts you can open. Every number is produced by Miross from your data; the model never writes a figure itself. Then he prepares what follows: a reply drafted in the customer’s language, a supplier’s delivery note read into products, prices proposed where the margin is thin and the list of what has to ship.
How much Mike does alone is your decision. For each kind of work you choose whether he asks first, does it and tells you, or does it quietly, with limits per action and per day. Where something can be put back there is an Undo, and the Activity page lists everything he did. He works inside the role and permissions of the person asking, with the same checks and the same audit trail as the screens.
Day to day, Mike is the quickest way into the system. In the morning you ask what needs attention and get the cases about to expire, the orders to ship and the products running low. In the warehouse, on your phone, you ask where an order is. His AI is processed in the EU with zero data retention and is never used for training, and with the AI switched off he answers with rules instead of a model.
Mike is the colleague you do not have. He drafts the replies, prepares the products from a delivery note and tells you each morning what has to ship and which customer to answer first.
Each person asks from their own role and sees what that role allows. Drafts leave in the customer’s language, and the team sets how far Mike goes for each kind of work.
Mike answers from the whole operation: sales by channel, margin by product and stock by location. Routine work runs on autopilot within daily limits, and the Activity page shows what was done.

Questions
Inside the EU, with zero data retention. Your data is never used to train a model.
Only what you allow. Each kind of work has its own setting, from asking first to doing it quietly, and you can change it at any time.
Mike still answers common questions, with rules instead of a model. Nothing leaves the system, and you can switch the AI back on at any time.
What Mike can do depends on the plan. The pricing page has the detail.
Anything about your shop, in your own words: how much you made yesterday, what has to ship today, which products lose money on Amazon Germany or which are low on stock. He answers from your orders, costs, cases and stock, and offers to prepare the work that follows.
No. Every figure, card and chart is produced by Miross from your own data. The model asks Miross for them and never writes a number itself.
It is the setting that says how much Mike does alone. For each kind of work he asks first, does it and tells you, or does it quietly, with limits per action and per day. What can be put back has an Undo, and the Activity page lists everything he did.
He sees what the person asking can see. Mike works inside that person’s role and permissions, and what he does is recorded in the same audit trail as what people do on the screens.
