Sell on Leroy Merlin: support, orders, labels and invoices
FRLiveLeroy Merlin runs on Mirakl, and Miross does the whole job there with your seller key. Buyer messages arrive in one queue, translated and sorted by the reply deadline, and orders come into the order book. The shipping label is made automatically by your rules and its tracking number sent back, the invoice is issued with the right VAT, and prices are written from your margin rules. Cancellations, returns and refunds run through the marketplace API once a person confirms.
Selling on Leroy Merlin with Miross
Leroy Merlin’s marketplace runs on Mirakl, so its messages, orders, shipments, invoices and prices all go through the Mirakl API. Miross connects with the API URL and a seller key you create in the Leroy Merlin seller portal, and puts its customers next to your Amazon buyers and your mailbox in one queue. On Leroy Merlin France, customers write in French: Miross translates each message on arrival and your reply before you send it. Some threads are with the Leroy Merlin operator team rather than the customer, and Miross shows which on each message. Orders come into the order book, where the ones that need accepting are accepted. The shipping label is made automatically by your rules and its tracking number goes back to Leroy Merlin. The invoice is issued with the VAT of the right country, by Miross itself or from Holded or Odoo if you keep your books there, and uploaded to the order as the customer invoice. Prices are written from your margin rules, and cancellations, returns and refunds run once a person confirms.
What Miross does with Leroy Merlin
- Syncs the Leroy Merlin inbox every few minutes and links every thread to its Leroy Merlin order automatically.
- Translates buyer messages on arrival and your replies on send, and sorts the queue by the reply deadline.
- Replies land in the Leroy Merlin thread, addressed to the customer or to the Leroy Merlin operator team, with their attachments.
- Leroy Merlin orders come into the order book next to Amazon, your other marketplaces and your shop; the ones that need accepting are accepted from there.
- Shipping labels are made automatically when an order is ready: your rules pick the carrier and the service by country, weight and channel.
- The tracking number and the carrier go back to Leroy Merlin, so the order is confirmed as shipped without anyone retyping it.
- Invoices: Miross issues the invoice itself, with the VAT of the right country and your own numbering series, or takes it from Holded or Odoo if you keep your books there. The PDF goes out with your reply and is uploaded to the Leroy Merlin order.
- Prices from your margin rules: a price per country, worked out from the product’s cost, the shipping, the commission and the VAT, and written to Leroy Merlin once you approve it.
- Cancellations before shipping: lines not accepted yet are refused, and accepted lines that haven’t shipped are cancelled with Leroy Merlin’s own reason, after you confirm.
- Returns and refunds from the same case: the return label from your carrier, and the refund carried out on Leroy Merlin once a person confirms.
How to connect
- Create an API key in the Leroy Merlin seller portal (Settings → API keys).
- In Miross, open Settings → Integrations, pick Leroy Merlin, paste the API URL and the key.
- Miross probes the key, discovers your shop and reason codes, and starts syncing messages and orders.

Questions
Do I need anything from Leroy Merlin’s support team?
No. The API key you generate yourself is enough. If the key serves several shops, add one integration per shop id.
Will replies show up in the Leroy Merlin back office?
Yes. Miross writes to the same thread through the marketplace API, so the conversation is complete on both sides.
What about attachments?
Inbound attachments are listed on the message; outbound files are sent with your reply and kept as copies.
Do I have to accept orders in the Leroy Merlin portal?
No. Orders that need accepting are accepted from the order book in Miross, next to the orders of every other channel.
Can I create shipping labels for my Leroy Merlin orders?
Yes. Connect your own carrier contracts or a Sendcloud account and write rules by country, weight and channel. When an order from Leroy Merlin is ready, Miross makes the label by itself, and the tracking number and the carrier go back to Leroy Merlin, where the order is confirmed as shipped.
How are invoices for Leroy Merlin orders issued?
Miross issues them itself: each invoice carries the VAT of the right country (the destination country’s under the one-stop shop, or your own), a number from your own series and your template. If you keep your books in Holded or Odoo, Miross uses the invoice from there. Either way the PDF goes out with your reply and is uploaded to the Leroy Merlin order.
Can Miross set my prices on Leroy Merlin?
Yes. You write a margin rule, and Miross works out the price for each country from the product’s cost, the shipping, the commission and the VAT. Each change waits for your approval, and the approved price is written to Leroy Merlin.
Does Leroy Merlin count as a message channel?
Yes. Every marketplace, mailbox and chat account you connect counts toward your plan’s message channels.
