Every marketplace is another tab
Decathlon here, Leroy Merlin there, Amazon in a third window. Nobody sees the whole queue, so the oldest message is always the one somebody forgot.
Early access · Invite-only
Decathlon, Leroy Merlin, Carrefour, Amazon — and your Gmail and WhatsApp — in one queue. Messages arrive translated, the order sits next to the conversation, and the refund, invoice or return label is one confirmed click away.
A small group of sellers each month, onboarded by hand. Founding pricing, locked in.
Any Mirakl-powered marketplace connects with its API URL and your seller key — no waiting for us to “add” yours. Plus Amazon, and every mailbox and chat your customers use.
The problem
Decathlon here, Leroy Merlin there, Amazon in a third window. Nobody sees the whole queue, so the oldest message is always the one somebody forgot.
A German buyer wants size L. Your team works in Spanish. Copy, paste, translate, and hope the tone survived.
The refund is in the marketplace back office, the invoice in Holded, the label at the carrier. Every case becomes a scavenger hunt across five logins.
How it works
Each marketplace runs its own clock — business hours for Mirakl operators, 24 calendar hours for Amazon. Miross stores the deadline per case and sorts by it, so the next thing you open is the one that matters.
Inbound messages are translated on arrival — only when needed. Replies are translated on send, shown to you for review, and guarded: if the output isn’t in the customer’s language, it never goes out.
Miross proposes the refund, the invoice or the return label with a literal quote as evidence, re-checks live order state, and executes step by step — after a human clicks. Money never moves on a guess.
When a case arrives, when an SLA is about to breach, when a refund completes: reply, note, assign, tag or call a webhook. Rules can’t touch money, respect quiet hours, and never message Amazon buyers first.
Privacy is a feature
Built by a seller who had to answer for that data. Every default is the safe one.
Servers, backups and processing inside the European Union.
Gmail, Outlook, WhatsApp and Instagram connect through a hosted sign-in. Passwords are never typed into Miross.
Marketplace API keys are encrypted with AES-256-GCM under rotating keys and never shown again — not even to you.
Translation and suggestions are off until you switch them on, see only stripped message text, and are metered — never trained on.
Logins, sends, refunds and rule runs leave an append-only trail: who, what, when.
Your cases, messages and contacts export on request; deletion purges, it doesn’t hide.
Built inside a real shop
Miross started as the internal helpdesk of Indigo Sports, a sports retailer selling on Decathlon, Amazon and its own store. It runs our support every day — two people, four channels, thousands of cases — and every guardrail in it was paid for by a real incident.
We’re opening it to other sellers a few at a time, so each one gets set up properly.

Questions
If it runs on Mirakl — Decathlon, Leroy Merlin, Carrefour, El Corte Inglés, MediaMarkt and fifty others — yes, today, with the API URL and your seller key. Amazon connects through a relay mailbox. Shopify and Miravia are in development.
No. A Mirakl marketplace takes a URL and a key; mailboxes and chats connect through a sign-in wizard; Amazon takes two settings in Seller Central. Most sellers are live in an afternoon.
Never money. Suggested actions wait for a person to confirm, and the server re-verifies the order before anything runs. Rules you write can reply or assign, but can’t refund — and never message Amazon buyers first.
In the EU. Marketplace keys are encrypted with rotating keys, mailbox credentials never touch Miross, and AI features only see the text you allow. The security overview has the details.
Your team works in one language; customers can write in any. The app itself is in English and Spanish today, with German, French and Italian next.
We set up each seller by hand — connections, rules, reason codes — and we’d rather do that well for ten than badly for a hundred. Sellers on two or more marketplaces go first.
Yes. Miross reads marketplaces directly and coexists with any mailbox or helpdesk. Nothing is deleted at the source, and you can export everything and leave at any time.
