NLLivebol.com customer questions arrive in a Miross relay mailbox you set as your shop’s contact email, and your replies go back through it, within bol.com’s 24 hours. Cancellations and refunds through a return are one click a person confirms.
Selling on bol.com with Miross
bol.com has no messaging API: customer questions reach sellers by email, bol.com allows no automatic replies, and questions must be answered within 24 hours. Miross gives you a relay mailbox to set as your shop’s contact email at bol.com: questions arrive in the same queue as your other marketplaces, and your replies go back through it, knowing that bol.com writes links out in full and removes formatting. With your Retailer API keys, the rest of the job comes too. bol.com orders enter the order book, and the shipping label is made automatically by your rules, with its tracking number sent back to bol.com. The invoice is issued with the VAT of the right country, by Miross itself or from Holded or Odoo if you keep your books there, and uploaded to single-shipment orders. Prices are written from your margin rules, and a person can cancel items that haven’t shipped; refunds through a return work the same way.
What Miross does with bol.com
- Customer questions arrive in a Miross relay mailbox that you set as your shop’s contact email at bol.com, and replies go back through it.
- bol.com’s rules apply to every reply: it writes links out in full and removes formatting, allows no automatic replies (rules never answer bol.com customers), and questions must be answered within 24 hours.
- With your Retailer API keys, the order panel shows the order behind each question.
- Also with the keys, bol.com orders come into the order book next to Amazon, your other marketplaces and your shop.
- Shipping labels are made automatically by your rules (country, weight, channel), and the tracking number goes back to bol.com, where the order is confirmed as shipped.
- Invoices: Miross issues the invoice itself, with the VAT of the right country, or takes it from Holded or Odoo if you keep your books there. It is uploaded to orders with a single shipment once a person confirms.
- Prices from your margin rules, written to bol.com once you approve them.
- Cancel items that haven’t shipped once a person confirms. Refunds go through a return, as bol.com requires, and work the same way.
How to connect
- In Miross, open Settings → Integrations and pick bol.com: Miross gives you a relay address.
- In your bol.com seller account, set that address as your shop’s customer-contact email; bol’s confirmation email shows up in Miross’s setup screen.
- Ask bol Partner Service (zakelijkverkopen@bol.com) to switch on the “Sellergroup SDP Email Integration” for your account. This step comes from third-party documentation; bol hasn’t published it.
- Add your Retailer API keys for the order panel, the order book, labels, invoices, prices and cancellations.

Questions
Why a relay mailbox?
bol.com has no messaging API: customer questions reach sellers by email. Setting Miross’s relay address as your contact email brings them into your queue, and your replies go back through it.
Can rules answer bol.com customers?
No. bol.com doesn’t allow automatic replies, so a person answers every question, within bol.com’s 24 hours.
Do I need the Retailer API keys?
For everything beyond the messages. Without them, questions still arrive and you answer them; with them, Miross shows the order, brings bol.com orders into the order book, makes their labels and invoices, writes prices and can cancel items that haven’t shipped.
Can I create shipping labels for my bol.com orders?
Yes. Connect your own carrier contracts or a Sendcloud account and write rules by country, weight and channel. When a bol.com order is ready, Miross makes the label by itself, and the tracking number and the carrier go back to bol.com, where the order is confirmed as shipped.
How are invoices for bol.com orders issued?
Miross issues them itself: each invoice carries the VAT of the right country (the destination country’s under the one-stop shop, or your own), a number from your own series and your template. If you keep your books in Holded or Odoo, Miross uses the invoice from there. Either way it is uploaded to orders with a single shipment once a person confirms.
Can Miross set my prices on bol.com?
Yes. You write a margin rule, and Miross works out the price from the product’s cost, the shipping, the commission and the VAT. Each change waits for your approval, and the approved price is written to bol.com.
Does bol.com count as a message channel?
Yes. Every marketplace, mailbox and chat account you connect counts toward your plan’s message channels.
