Amazon
LiveAmazon Buyer-Seller messages arrive through a relay mailbox you point Seller Central at; replies go back through the same address. The 24-hour window is tracked per message.
What Miross does with Amazon
- Buyer messages arrive through a relay mailbox you set as your Buyer Messages notification address.
- Replies go back through the same address, threaded, so Amazon and the buyer see one conversation.
- The 24-hour window is tracked per message in calendar hours, weekends included.
- The marketplace (ES, DE, FR, IT, UK…) and the order number are read from every message.
- Amazon’s system mail to the same address is filtered out; only buyer messages become cases.
How to connect
- In Miross, create the Amazon integration — it generates your relay address.
- In Seller Central, set that address under Notification Preferences → Messaging, and add it as an approved sender.
- Send the built-in test message; once it arrives, the mailbox is verified.

Questions
Does Miross use the Amazon API?
Not for messages — Amazon’s Buyer-Seller Messaging is email-native, and the relay is the same mechanism other helpdesks use. Order data richer than what the emails carry is on the roadmap via SP-API.
Can automations message Amazon buyers?
Never proactively. Replies you send are relayed; rules cannot start a conversation on Amazon.
Attachment limits?
Amazon accepts about 10 MB per message; Miross enforces that before sending.
Logos and names belong to their owners; no affiliation implied.
