Odoo invoices, products and credit notes
LiveConnect Odoo and the invoice a customer asks for is the real one: Miross finds the invoice for the order and attaches its PDF to your reply. Your products and their costs come into the catalogue, and an invoice is corrected with a credit note.
Odoo in Miross
Your invoices are issued in Odoo, and your customers ask for them in a marketplace message, an email or a chat. Miross connects the two: whoever answers finds the invoice for the order without opening Odoo, and the customer receives the real document, not a copy made by hand.
The same connection brings your Odoo products and their costs into the Miross catalogue, where margins and prices per country are worked out on real numbers.
What Miross does with Odoo
- Send the invoice from a case: Miross finds the Odoo invoice for the order and shows its number, total and date.
- Once you confirm, the real PDF is attached to your reply; on marketplaces that take invoices, it is uploaded to the order too.
- Nothing is made up in Odoo: if Odoo has no invoice for the order, the case says so. Sellers who don’t invoice in Odoo issue the invoice in Miross itself, with the VAT of the right country.
- Your Odoo products, with their costs, come into the Miross catalogue.
- Credit notes: an invoice is corrected with a credit note in Odoo, once a person confirms.
- Your Odoo API key is stored encrypted and never shown again.
How to connect
- In Odoo, create an API key for the user Miross will connect as.
- In Miross, open Settings → Integrations, pick Odoo and enter your Odoo address, the database and the key.
- Miross checks the access and syncs your products; cases with an order number can now send the invoice.

Does Miross create invoices in Odoo?
With your books in Odoo, it sends the invoice Odoo already has for the order, as the real PDF. If no invoice names the order, the card says so and nothing is sent. Sellers who don’t invoice in Odoo issue their invoices in Miross itself, with the VAT of the right country and their own numbering series.
Can Miross correct an invoice?
Yes, with a credit note: it is issued in Odoo once a person confirms, and the PDF reaches the customer from the same case.
What comes into the catalogue?
Your Odoo products with their references and costs. Those costs are what margins and pricing rules in Miross work from.
Is my Odoo data safe?
Miross reads invoices and products with your API key, which is stored encrypted and never shown again. You can revoke the key in Odoo at any time.
