Miross vs eDesk

eDesk is the established helpdesk for marketplace sellers: Amazon, eBay, Mirakl operators, Kaufland, bol.com, Cdiscount, Allegro, TikTok Shop and many more connect today, with live chat, a knowledge base and an AI Agent that resolves tickets on its own for €0.99 each. It charges per user, and each plan caps how many stores you connect, so a two-person team on Amazon and one Mirakl marketplace already needs Growth; translation and AI Assist are add-ons without published prices. Miross is priced per workspace with users included, translates both ways on every plan and never lets AI send on its own. It connects Amazon, 60 Mirakl marketplaces, eBay, Kaufland, bol.com, Cdiscount, Allegro and TikTok Shop in the UK; eDesk’s list is longer, and Walmart and Otto, for instance, aren’t on Miross’s. If you need that breadth, eDesk has it; if your marketplaces are on Miross’s list, the examples below show the difference in cost.

Miross covers more than support. The same workspace keeps the orders from every channel in one order book, makes shipping labels by your rules with your own carrier contracts, issues invoices with EU VAT, sets a price per marketplace from your margin rules and runs returns from the portal to the refund. Mike, its assistant, answers from your own orders, costs and cases and prepares the work for you to confirm.

How these numbers are built
  • Prices exclude VAT. “Per month” is a twelfth of the yearly price where the vendor sells yearly plans, otherwise the monthly price.
  • Every conversation gets at least one reply in the month, so it counts once for Miross and as one ticket or conversation elsewhere.
  • Connectors that bill per customer message are priced at 2 customer messages per marketplace conversation.
  • Dollars and pounds are converted at the European Central Bank reference rate of 25 September 2026: 1 € = 1.1403 $ = 0.86045 £.
  • Charges from third parties, such as Meta or Twilio for WhatsApp, aren’t included on either side.
  • Miross is priced at its list prices.

What Miross does beyond the inbox

Support is one part of Miross. The same workspace runs the rest of a seller’s back office, and every part works from the same orders.

  • Orders

Orders from Amazon, your marketplaces and your own shop in one order book: what ships today, what is on hold and what already left.

  • Shipping labels

Labels made automatically by your rules, with your own carrier contracts or Sendcloud. Tracking goes back to the marketplace.

  • Invoices with EU VAT

An invoice for each order with the VAT it calls for: one-stop shop, home VAT, intra-community or local registration. Your numbering series and your template.

  • Prices per marketplace

A price for each marketplace and country, worked out from your costs and your margin rules.

  • Returns

A returns portal for your customers, the label from your carrier, reception by scanning with a phone and the refund.

  • Catalogue and purchasing

Products with their costs, suppliers and purchase orders in one catalogue.

  • Warehouse

A location for every product and pick routes for the day’s orders.

  • Mike

The assistant that works inside Miross: ask in plain words how the shop is doing and he answers from your own orders, costs and cases, drafts replies and prepares the work.

When to choose eDesk instead

  • You sell on marketplaces Miross doesn’t connect, such as Walmart or Otto, and want them in the same inbox.
  • You want an AI agent that answers customers on its own. Miross always waits for a person to review and send.
  • You want 24/7 phone and chat support from your helpdesk vendor, and data migration included from the Growth plan.

Switching from eDesk to Miross

  1. Request an invite: we set up each workspace with you by hand.
  2. Connect each Mirakl marketplace with its API URL and a seller key; Miross finds your shops and the marketplace’s reason codes.
  3. For Amazon, create the relay address in Miross and add it in Seller Central under Notification Preferences → Messaging.
  4. Connect your support mailbox, and WhatsApp on Growth, through the sign-in wizard. New messages flow in from the moment each channel is connected, and mailboxes bring their recent mail.
  5. Run both side by side until the last open cases close in eDesk, and export the history you want to keep. eDesk doesn’t refund cancellations and keeps an account active until the next payment date, so cancel before it renews.

Questions sellers ask

What does eDesk cost compared with Miross?

For 2 agents and 500 conversations a month: Miross €40.83, eDesk €178. For 5 agents and 2,000: Miross €165.83, eDesk ≈ €488.85. Per month excluding VAT, billed yearly where offered; the examples above show how each figure is built.

Does eDesk support Mirakl marketplaces?

Yes. eDesk’s app store lists Mirakl and Mirakl marketplaces such as Leroy Merlin France, Carrefour France and Spain and MediaMarkt Germany. Miross connects 60 Mirakl marketplaces, each with its API URL and your seller key, and runs cancellations through the Mirakl API.

Is translation included in eDesk?

It’s an add-on, AI Translation, whose price isn’t published on eDesk’s pricing page (checked on 27 September 2026). Miross translates incoming messages and your replies on every plan.

Why does a small team need eDesk Growth?

eDesk’s Essential plan connects one store or marketplace. Amazon plus a Mirakl marketplace makes two, so the examples use Growth, which takes up to five. Miross Starter includes 3 message channels.

Does eDesk’s AI reply to customers on its own?

Its AI Agent can, for €0.99 per resolved outcome. Miross’s AI drafts, summarises and translates, but a person always reviews and sends.

Is Miross only a helpdesk?

No. Support is one part of it. The same workspace keeps the orders from every channel in one order book, makes shipping labels by your rules with your own carrier contracts, issues invoices with EU VAT, sets prices per marketplace from your margin rules, and runs returns, the catalogue, purchasing and the warehouse. This page compares the support part.

What does Mike, Miross’s assistant, do?

Mike works inside Miross. Ask him in plain words what has to ship today, how much you earned yesterday or which products lose money, and he answers from your own orders, costs and cases. He drafts replies in the customer’s language and prepares the work that follows; a person confirms before anything is sent to a customer.

Does Miross make shipping labels and invoices for marketplace orders?

Yes. Orders from Amazon, your marketplaces and your own shop land in one order book. Your rules choose the carrier, on your own contracts or through Sendcloud, and the label is made by itself, with tracking sent back to the marketplace. Invoices carry the VAT each sale calls for: one-stop shop, home VAT, intra-community or local registration. Shipping is on every plan and invoicing from Growth.
