Miross vs Zendesk

Zendesk is the general-purpose helpdesk many large teams run on: per-agent plans from Support Team (email and ticketing) to Suite plans with messaging, live chat, voice, a help centre and AI agents, a large app marketplace, and conversation translation from the Team plans. For marketplaces it relies on third-party connectors: Amazon and Mirakl messages come in through apps such as ChannelReply, which bills per customer message on top of Zendesk, so a marketplace seller pays for two products. Miross is built for that seller: Amazon and 60 Mirakl marketplaces connect directly, translation is included, cancellations run through the marketplace’s API, and the same workspace keeps the orders, makes the shipping labels and issues the invoices. For large, multi-brand teams with complex routing and many channels, Zendesk is the safer choice; for a marketplace seller with a small team, compare the examples below.

Miross covers more than support. The same workspace keeps the orders from every channel in one order book, makes shipping labels by your rules with your own carrier contracts, issues invoices with EU VAT, sets a price per marketplace from your margin rules and runs returns from the portal to the refund. Mike, its assistant, answers from your own orders, costs and cases and prepares the work for you to confirm.

How these numbers are built
  • Prices exclude VAT. “Per month” is a twelfth of the yearly price where the vendor sells yearly plans, otherwise the monthly price.
  • Every conversation gets at least one reply in the month, so it counts once for Miross and as one ticket or conversation elsewhere.
  • Connectors that bill per customer message are priced at 2 customer messages per marketplace conversation.
  • Dollars and pounds are converted at the European Central Bank reference rate of 25 September 2026: 1 € = 1.1403 $ = 0.86045 £.
  • Charges from third parties, such as Meta or Twilio for WhatsApp, aren’t included on either side.
  • Miross is priced at its list prices.

What Miross does beyond the inbox

Support is one part of Miross. The same workspace runs the rest of a seller’s back office, and every part works from the same orders.

  • Orders

Orders from Amazon, your marketplaces and your own shop in one order book: what ships today, what is on hold and what already left.

  • Shipping labels

Labels made automatically by your rules, with your own carrier contracts or Sendcloud. Tracking goes back to the marketplace.

  • Invoices with EU VAT

An invoice for each order with the VAT it calls for: one-stop shop, home VAT, intra-community or local registration. Your numbering series and your template.

  • Prices per marketplace

A price for each marketplace and country, worked out from your costs and your margin rules.

  • Returns

A returns portal for your customers, the label from your carrier, reception by scanning with a phone and the refund.

  • Catalogue and purchasing

Products with their costs, suppliers and purchase orders in one catalogue.

  • Warehouse

A location for every product and pick routes for the day’s orders.

  • Mike

The assistant that works inside Miross: ask in plain words how the shop is doing and he answers from your own orders, costs and cases, drafts replies and prepares the work.

When to choose Zendesk instead

  • You run a large or multi-brand team that needs skills-based routing, sandboxes, custom roles or approval workflows.
  • Voice and a contact centre matter as much as written messages.
  • You need a large marketplace of apps and integrations beyond e-commerce.

Switching from Zendesk to Miross

  1. Request an invite; we set up the workspace with you.
  2. Connect Amazon and each Mirakl marketplace directly in Miross, and disconnect them from ChannelReply, or whichever connector you use, so messages don’t arrive twice.
  3. Connect your support mailbox, and WhatsApp on Growth, through the sign-in wizard.
  4. Recreate the triggers and automations you rely on as Miross rules.
  5. Keep Zendesk until its open tickets are closed and export what you need to keep, then cancel Zendesk and the connector at the end of their billing periods.

Miross vs Zendesk

Questions sellers ask

What does Zendesk cost compared with Miross?

For 2 agents and 500 conversations a month: Miross €40.83, Zendesk ≈ €91.49. For 5 agents and 2,000: Miross €165.83, Zendesk ≈ €407.42. Per month excluding VAT, billed yearly where offered; the examples above show how each figure is built.

Can Zendesk receive Amazon and Mirakl messages?

Through third-party connectors: ChannelReply brings Amazon messages into Zendesk, and Mirakl in beta, billed per customer message on top of Zendesk. Miross connects both directly.

Does Zendesk translate conversations?

Yes: automatic conversation translation works on the Team plans and up. Miross translates on arrival and on send on every plan.

Can Miross replace Zendesk for a large team?

If its work is written support for an online shop, yes: marketplaces, email, WhatsApp and live chat arrive in one queue, with rules, assignment, a REST API and webhooks. Miross has no voice channel, so a contact centre keeps its phone system. It’s built for marketplace sellers, and it also runs their orders, shipping labels, invoices and returns.

Is Miross only a helpdesk?

No. Support is one part of it. The same workspace keeps the orders from every channel in one order book, makes shipping labels by your rules with your own carrier contracts, issues invoices with EU VAT, sets prices per marketplace from your margin rules, and runs returns, the catalogue, purchasing and the warehouse. This page compares the support part.

What does Mike, Miross’s assistant, do?

Mike works inside Miross. Ask him in plain words what has to ship today, how much you earned yesterday or which products lose money, and he answers from your own orders, costs and cases. He drafts replies in the customer’s language and prepares the work that follows; a person confirms before anything is sent to a customer.

Does Miross make shipping labels and invoices for marketplace orders?

Yes. Orders from Amazon, your marketplaces and your own shop land in one order book. Your rules choose the carrier, on your own contracts or through Sendcloud, and the label is made by itself, with tracking sent back to the marketplace. Invoices carry the VAT each sale calls for: one-stop shop, home VAT, intra-community or local registration. Shipping is on every plan and invoicing from Growth.
