Head to head

Gorgias vs Zendesk

Gorgias and Zendesk solve different problems. Gorgias is built for Shopify brands and prices by ticket volume, with an AI Agent on every plan and live chat, social channels, WhatsApp and a help centre included. Zendesk is a general platform priced per agent, from Support Team (email and ticketing) to Suite plans with messaging, voice and a help centre, plus a large app marketplace. For marketplace sellers, both reach Amazon and Mirakl through third-party connectors such as ChannelReply, and Gorgias also through Marketplaces by Juble.io. A Shopify brand with heavy onsite chat is usually better served by Gorgias; a large, multi-brand team with complex routing and voice, by Zendesk.

How these numbers are built
  • Prices exclude VAT. “Per month” is a twelfth of the yearly price where the vendor sells yearly plans, otherwise the monthly price.
  • Every conversation gets at least one reply in the month, so it counts once for Miross and as one ticket or conversation elsewhere.
  • Connectors that bill per customer message are priced at 2 customer messages per marketplace conversation.
  • Dollars and pounds are converted at the European Central Bank reference rate of 25 September 2026: 1 € = 1.1403 $ = 0.86045 £.
  • Charges from third parties, such as Meta or Twilio for WhatsApp, aren’t included on either side.
  • Miross is priced at its list prices.

What Miross does beyond the inbox

Support is one part of Miross. The same workspace runs the rest of a seller’s back office, and every part works from the same orders.

  • Orders

Orders from Amazon, your marketplaces and your own shop in one order book: what ships today, what is on hold and what already left.

  • Shipping labels

Labels made automatically by your rules, with your own carrier contracts or Sendcloud. Tracking goes back to the marketplace.

  • Invoices with EU VAT

An invoice for each order with the VAT it calls for: one-stop shop, home VAT, intra-community or local registration. Your numbering series and your template.

  • Prices per marketplace

A price for each marketplace and country, worked out from your costs and your margin rules.

  • Returns

A returns portal for your customers, the label from your carrier, reception by scanning with a phone and the refund.

  • Catalogue and purchasing

Products with their costs, suppliers and purchase orders in one catalogue.

  • Warehouse

A location for every product and pick routes for the day’s orders.

  • Mike

The assistant that works inside Miross: ask in plain words how the shop is doing and he answers from your own orders, costs and cases, drafts replies and prepares the work.

When to choose Gorgias

  • Your store runs on Shopify and you want an AI agent that acts on orders.
  • Live chat on your site drives sales.
  • You want pricing that doesn’t grow with every agent you add.

When to choose Zendesk

  • You run a large or multi-brand team with skills-based routing and approval workflows.
  • Voice and a contact centre matter.
  • You need a big app marketplace beyond e-commerce.

Where Miross fits

  • If most of your conversations come from Amazon and Mirakl marketplaces, Miross connects them directly and translates both ways, with no connector on top.
  • The same workspace keeps your orders, makes shipping labels by your rules and issues invoices with EU VAT, and Mike, its assistant, prepares the work.

Switching from Gorgias or Zendesk to Miross

  1. Request an invite; we set up the workspace with you.
  2. Connect Amazon through Miross’s relay address and each Mirakl marketplace with its API key; if a connector brings them into Gorgias or Zendesk today, disconnect it there.
  3. Connect your support mailbox, and WhatsApp on Growth, through the sign-in wizard.
  4. Recreate the automations you rely on as Miross rules, and export the history you need to keep.

Gorgias vs Zendesk

Questions sellers ask

What do Gorgias and Zendesk cost for the same team?

For 2 agents and 500 conversations a month: Gorgias ≈ €154.35, Zendesk ≈ €91.49, Miross €40.83. For 5 agents and 2,000: Gorgias ≈ €353.42, Zendesk ≈ €407.42, Miross €165.83. Per month excluding VAT, billed yearly where offered; the examples above show how each figure is built.

Which translates conversations, Gorgias or Zendesk?

Both. Gorgias translates inbound and outbound ticket replies on every helpdesk plan; Zendesk’s automatic conversation translation works on its Team plans and up. Miross translates on arrival and on send on every plan.

How do their AI prices differ?

Gorgias bills its AI Agent per automated interaction, $0.85 to $1 depending on the plan. Zendesk bills AI agents per automated resolution, at a rate its pricing page doesn’t show, and sells Copilot at €50 per agent a month billed yearly. Miross includes its AI in the plan, and it never sends on its own.

Do Gorgias and Zendesk connect Amazon?

Through third-party connectors: both work with ChannelReply for Amazon messages, and the examples above include it. Miross connects Amazon directly.

Is Miross only a helpdesk?

No. Support is one part of it. The same workspace keeps the orders from every channel in one order book, makes shipping labels by your rules with your own carrier contracts, issues invoices with EU VAT, sets prices per marketplace from your margin rules, and runs returns, the catalogue, purchasing and the warehouse. This page compares the support part.

What does Mike, Miross’s assistant, do?

Mike works inside Miross. Ask him in plain words what has to ship today, how much you earned yesterday or which products lose money, and he answers from your own orders, costs and cases. He drafts replies in the customer’s language and prepares the work that follows; a person confirms before anything is sent to a customer.

Does Miross make shipping labels and invoices for marketplace orders?

Yes. Orders from Amazon, your marketplaces and your own shop land in one order book. Your rules choose the carrier, on your own contracts or through Sendcloud, and the label is made by itself, with tracking sent back to the marketplace. Invoices carry the VAT each sale calls for: one-stop shop, home VAT, intra-community or local registration. Shipping is on every plan and invoicing from Growth.
