Head to head

eDesk vs Gorgias

eDesk and Gorgias are both e-commerce helpdesks, built from opposite ends. eDesk starts from marketplaces: Amazon, eBay, Mirakl operators, Kaufland, bol.com, Cdiscount, Allegro and TikTok Shop connect directly, priced per user with a store limit per plan. Gorgias starts from Shopify: priced by tickets, with Shopify actions, live chat and an AI agent at its heart, and marketplaces through third-party apps. Both sell AI by the resolution. For a seller whose customers write through marketplaces, eDesk is the natural fit; for a Shopify brand, Gorgias.

What it costs: two example teams

The same team, volume and channels on each side, with the cheapest documented setup that covers them. Per month, excluding VAT.

Small team

2 agents, 500 conversations a month

250 from Amazon, 150 from one Mirakl marketplace such as Leroy Merlin, 100 by email.

eDesk

€178Per month, billed yearly where offered

Billed monthly: €230

  • eDesk Growth: 2 × €89€178

Why this setup. Essential connects a single store or marketplace; Amazon plus a Mirakl marketplace needs Growth.

Not covered: Translation is an add-on whose price eDesk doesn’t publish, so it isn’t included.

Gorgias

≈ €154.35Per month, billed yearly where offered

Billed monthly: ≈ €170.13

  • Gorgias Basic, 300 tickets included$50 (≈ €43.85)
  • 200 more tickets at $40 per 100$80 (≈ €70.16)
  • ChannelReply Standard for 500 customer messages, 200 included$46 (≈ €40.34)

Why this setup. Basic plus extra tickets costs less than Pro. Amazon messages come in through ChannelReply, priced separately.

Not covered: ChannelReply’s Mirakl support for this helpdesk is still in alpha, so the Mirakl messages aren’t covered; Juble.io lists Mirakl for it.

Miross

Billed monthly: €49

  • Miross Starter, 500 conversations included€40.83

Why this setup. Starter includes 3 users, 500 conversations and 3 message channels, with translation both ways, the order book and shipping labels.

1,000 from Amazon, 600 from three Mirakl marketplaces, 250 by email and 150 on WhatsApp.

eDesk

Billed monthly: ≈ €618.85

  • eDesk Growth: 5 × €89€445
  • eDesk WhatsApp: 1 × $50$50 (≈ €43.85)

Why this setup. Four marketplaces fit within Growth’s five stores; WhatsApp is charged per connected number.

Not covered: Translation is an add-on whose price eDesk doesn’t publish, so it isn’t included.

Gorgias

≈ €353.42Per month, billed yearly where offered

Billed monthly: ≈ €420.06

  • Gorgias Pro, 2,000 tickets included$300 (≈ €263.09)
  • ChannelReply Pro for 2,000 customer messages, 1,000 included$103 (≈ €90.33)

Why this setup. Pro includes 2,000 tickets a month. Amazon messages come in through ChannelReply, priced separately.

Not covered: ChannelReply’s Mirakl support for this helpdesk is still in alpha, so the Mirakl messages aren’t covered; Juble.io lists Mirakl for it.

Miross

€165.83Per month, billed yearly where offered

Billed monthly: €199

  • Miross Growth, 2,000 conversations included€165.83

Why this setup. Growth includes 10 users, 2,000 conversations and 10 message channels, with WhatsApp, AI drafts, returns and invoicing.

How these numbers are built
  • Prices exclude VAT. “Per month” is a twelfth of the yearly price where the vendor sells yearly plans, otherwise the monthly price.
  • Every conversation gets at least one reply in the month, so it counts once for Miross and as one ticket or conversation elsewhere.
  • Connectors that bill per customer message are priced at 2 customer messages per marketplace conversation.
  • Dollars and pounds are converted at the European Central Bank reference rate of 25 September 2026: 1 € = 1.1403 $ = 0.86045 £.
  • Charges from third parties, such as Meta or Twilio for WhatsApp, aren’t included on either side.
  • Miross is priced at its list prices.

What Miross does beyond the inbox

Support is one part of Miross. The same workspace runs the rest of a seller’s back office, and every part works from the same orders.

  • Orders

Orders from Amazon, your marketplaces and your own shop in one order book: what ships today, what is on hold and what already left.

  • Shipping labels

Labels made automatically by your rules, with your own carrier contracts or Sendcloud. Tracking goes back to the marketplace.

  • Invoices with EU VAT

An invoice for each order with the VAT it calls for: one-stop shop, home VAT, intra-community or local registration. Your numbering series and your template.

  • Prices per marketplace

A price for each marketplace and country, worked out from your costs and your margin rules.

  • Returns

A returns portal for your customers, the label from your carrier, reception by scanning with a phone and the refund.

  • Catalogue and purchasing

Products with their costs, suppliers and purchase orders in one catalogue.

  • Warehouse

A location for every product and pick routes for the day’s orders.

  • Mike

The assistant that works inside Miross: ask in plain words how the shop is doing and he answers from your own orders, costs and cases, drafts replies and prepares the work.

When to choose eDesk

  • Most of your orders come through marketplaces.
  • You sell on many marketplaces and need them all in one inbox today.
  • You want Mirakl operator collaboration built in.

When to choose Gorgias

  • Your store runs on Shopify and you want an AI agent that acts on orders.
  • Your volume grows faster than your team: Gorgias charges by tickets, not seats.
  • Live chat and social drive your sales.

Where Miross fits

  • If your marketplaces are Amazon and Mirakl ones, Miross covers them with users included in the plan and translation on every plan, at the prices in the examples above.
  • The same workspace keeps your orders, makes shipping labels by your rules and issues invoices with EU VAT, and Mike, its assistant, prepares the work.

Switching from eDesk or Gorgias to Miross

  1. Request an invite; we set up the workspace with you.
  2. Connect Amazon through Miross’s relay address and each Mirakl marketplace with its API key; if a connector brings them into eDesk or Gorgias today, disconnect it there.
  3. Connect your support mailbox, and WhatsApp on Growth, through the sign-in wizard.
  4. Recreate the automations you rely on as Miross rules, and export the history you need to keep.

eDesk vs Gorgias

Questions sellers ask

What do eDesk and Gorgias cost for the same team?

For 2 agents and 500 conversations a month: eDesk €178, Gorgias ≈ €154.35, Miross €40.83. For 5 agents and 2,000: eDesk ≈ €488.85, Gorgias ≈ €353.42, Miross €165.83. Per month excluding VAT, billed yearly where offered; the examples above show how each figure is built.

Which is better for Amazon sellers?

eDesk connects Amazon directly, across 21 Amazon marketplaces; Gorgias does it through third-party apps such as ChannelReply. Miross connects Amazon directly through a relay address.

How do their prices work?

eDesk charges per user, and each plan caps the stores you connect: 1 on Essential, 5 on Growth. Gorgias charges by tickets a month, 300 on Basic and 2,000 on Pro, never per agent. Miross charges per workspace, with users and conversations included.

Do they include translation?

Gorgias translates tickets on every helpdesk plan. At eDesk, translation is the AI Translation add-on, whose price isn’t published. Miross translates on every plan.

Is Miross only a helpdesk?

No. Support is one part of it. The same workspace keeps the orders from every channel in one order book, makes shipping labels by your rules with your own carrier contracts, issues invoices with EU VAT, sets prices per marketplace from your margin rules, and runs returns, the catalogue, purchasing and the warehouse. This page compares the support part.

What does Mike, Miross’s assistant, do?

Mike works inside Miross. Ask him in plain words what has to ship today, how much you earned yesterday or which products lose money, and he answers from your own orders, costs and cases. He drafts replies in the customer’s language and prepares the work that follows; a person confirms before anything is sent to a customer.

Does Miross make shipping labels and invoices for marketplace orders?

Yes. Orders from Amazon, your marketplaces and your own shop land in one order book. Your rules choose the carrier, on your own contracts or through Sendcloud, and the label is made by itself, with tracking sent back to the marketplace. Invoices carry the VAT each sale calls for: one-stop shop, home VAT, intra-community or local registration. Shipping is on every plan and invoicing from Growth.
