WooCommerce orders: shipping labels, invoices and support
LiveConnect your WooCommerce store as a free data connector. Its orders come into the order book, the shipping label is made automatically by your rules and its tracking number sent back to the store, the invoice is issued with the right VAT, and prices are written from your margin rules. Email and chat conversations are linked to their WooCommerce order, and a return, a new address or a cancellation is one click a person confirms; refunds work the same way.
WooCommerce in Miross
Your WooCommerce store is one sales channel among several: the same products also sell on Amazon and on marketplaces, and customers write by email or chat about all of them. Miross connects the store as a free data connector, so its orders, products and prices sit in the same back office as every other channel.
Each WooCommerce order comes into the order book. Its shipping label is made automatically by your rules, and the tracking number goes back to the store. Its invoice is issued with the VAT of the right country, and its price is written from your margin rules. When the customer writes, the email or chat finds its order by itself, and a return, a new address, a cancellation or a refund is one click a person confirms.
What Miross does with WooCommerce
- WooCommerce orders come into the order book next to those from Amazon and your marketplaces: to ship, on hold or shipped.
- Shipping labels are made automatically when an order is ready: your rules pick the carrier and the service by country, weight and channel, and the tracking number goes back to WooCommerce.
- Invoices: Miross issues the invoice for each order itself, with the VAT of the right country and your own numbering series, or takes it from Holded or Odoo if you keep your books there. It reaches the customer as a PDF from the conversation.
- Reads orders, customers and products: your products come into the Miross catalogue, and prices worked out from your margin rules are written to the store once you approve them.
- Links email conversations to their WooCommerce order by an order number in the message (#1042) or the customer’s billing email, and chats by the customer’s phone number, looked up in the last 60 days of orders.
- Shows the order in the case panel: status, products, total and a link to it in your WordPress admin.
- The Returns module (Growth and up) finds WooCommerce orders, for your return portal and for agents, and the return label comes from your own carrier.
- One-click skills a person confirms (Growth and up): change the shipping address of an order that is pending, on hold or processing, or cancel an unpaid order. Refunding a paid order that hasn’t shipped works the same way.
- Miross connects only to your store’s public https address, and your API keys are stored encrypted and never shown again.
How to connect
- In WordPress, open WooCommerce → Settings → Advanced → REST API and add a key with Read/Write permissions.
- Copy the consumer key and the consumer secret.
- In Miross, open Settings → Integrations, pick WooCommerce and paste your store’s https address and both keys.
- Connect a carrier and write your shipping rules, and set your tax details once: labels and invoices then follow from each order.

Questions
Where do my WooCommerce customers’ questions come in?
By email: Miross doesn’t read order notes or customer messages from WooCommerce itself. Connect the mailbox your store uses (Gmail, Outlook or any IMAP mailbox) as a channel, and Miross links each email to its WooCommerce order.
Why does the key need Read/Write?
Reading is enough to link orders and bring in your products. Writing is what lets Miross send back a tracking number or a price, change a shipping address or cancel an unpaid order, and each change to an order runs only after a person confirms.
Can Miross refund a WooCommerce order?
Yes: a paid order that hasn’t shipped is refunded from the case once a person confirms.
Can I create shipping labels for my WooCommerce orders?
Yes. Connect your own carrier contracts or a Sendcloud account and write rules by country, weight and channel. When a WooCommerce order is ready, Miross makes the label by itself, and the tracking number and the carrier go back to the store, so the customer can follow the parcel.
How are invoices for WooCommerce orders issued?
Miross issues them itself: each invoice carries the VAT of the right country (the destination country’s under the one-stop shop, or your own), a number from your own series and your template. If you keep your books in Holded or Odoo, Miross uses the invoice from there. Either way the PDF reaches the customer from the conversation.
Can Miross set my prices on WooCommerce?
Yes. You write a margin rule, and Miross works out the price from the product’s cost, the shipping and the VAT. Each change waits for your approval, and the approved price is written to your WooCommerce store.
Does WooCommerce count as a message channel?
No. WooCommerce is a data connector: free on every plan, and it doesn’t count toward your message channels.
