Sendcloud tracking and return labels on every case
LiveConnect your Sendcloud account and every case with an order number shows its parcels: carrier, status and tracking history. Return labels are created there from the Returns module, and a parcel without a label can get a new address once an agent confirms.
What Miross does with Sendcloud
- Shipments and carrier tracking on every case with an order number, looked up by that number.
- Live updates through a signed webhook: cases refresh the moment a parcel changes status, and rules can react to delivery problems.
- Return labels are created at your Sendcloud account from the Returns module (Growth and up): by the customer on your return portal, or by an agent from the case, with the label PDF attached to the reply.
- A parcel that has no label yet can go to a new address from the case (Growth and up): the agent checks the address and confirms before anything changes.
- To look parcels up, Miross sends Sendcloud only an order or tracking number. A return label sends the customer’s name, address and contact details and the items going back; an address change sends the new address. Message content never goes to Sendcloud.
- Your API keys are stored encrypted and never shown again.
How to connect
- In Sendcloud, open Settings → Integrations → Sendcloud API and create an API integration.
- In Miross, open Settings → Integrations, pick Sendcloud and paste the public and secret keys.
- Optional: paste the webhook URL Miross shows into that Sendcloud integration to turn on live updates.

Questions
Can Miross create labels in Sendcloud?
Yes. Shipping labels are made automatically from the order book, by the rules you set (country, weight, channel), and return labels from the Returns module (Growth and up). Both are created in your own Sendcloud account, like any label you make there.
Can Miross change where a parcel goes?
Only while the parcel has no label. The agent checks the new address on the case and confirms, and Miross updates the parcel in Sendcloud. For a marketplace order this changes where the parcel goes; the marketplace keeps the original address. Once a label exists, the case says it’s too late.
Do I need the webhook?
No, but it helps: with it on, cases update the moment a parcel changes status and rules can react to delivery problems. Without it, shipments refresh when you open a case.
Does Sendcloud count as a message channel?
No. Sendcloud is a data connector: free on every plan, and it doesn’t count toward your message channels.
