Squarespace orders, shipping labels and invoices
LiveConnect your Squarespace shop as a free data connector. Its orders come into the order book, the shipping label is made automatically by your rules and its tracking number sent back to the shop, the invoice is issued with the right VAT, and prices are written from your margin rules. Conversations are linked to their order, and returns, address changes and cancellations of unshipped orders are one click a person confirms.
Squarespace in Miross
Your own shop on Squarespace is one sales channel among several: the same products also sell on Amazon and on marketplaces, and customers write by email or chat about all of them. Miross connects the shop as a free data connector, so its orders, products and prices sit in the same back office as every other channel.
Each Squarespace order comes into the order book. Its shipping label is made automatically by your rules, and the tracking number goes back to the shop. Its invoice is issued with the VAT of the right country, and its price is written from your margin rules. An email from a shop customer finds its order by itself, and what the customer asks for (a new address, a cancellation, a return, the invoice) is done from the case once a person confirms.
What Miross does with Squarespace
- Orders from your Squarespace shop come into the order book, next to those from Amazon and your marketplaces.
- Shipping labels are made automatically when an order is ready: your rules pick the carrier and the service by country, weight and channel, and the tracking number goes back to the shop.
- Invoices: Miross issues the invoice for each Squarespace order itself, with the VAT of the right country and your own numbering series, or takes it from Holded or Odoo if you keep your books there. It reaches the customer as a PDF from the case.
- Your Squarespace products come into the Miross catalogue, and prices worked out from your margin rules are written back to the shop once you approve them.
- Email and chat conversations are linked to their Squarespace order: by an order number the customer wrote, or by their email address or phone number.
- The order sits in the case panel: status, products, total and tracking.
- Returns: your returns portal and your agents find Squarespace orders, and the return follows the same steps as on every other channel.
- Address changes and cancellations of orders that haven’t shipped, each one a click a person confirms.
- A free data connector: Squarespace doesn’t count toward your message channels, and its credentials are stored encrypted and never shown again.
How to connect
- In your Squarespace admin, create the API credentials for an integration, with access to orders and products.
- In Miross, open Settings → Integrations, pick Squarespace and enter your shop’s address and the credentials; Miross checks them on the spot.
- Choose how much order history to import. Orders and products come in, and conversations start finding their order.
- Connect a carrier and write your shipping rules, and set your tax details once: labels and invoices then follow from each order.

Questions
Where do my Squarespace customers’ questions come in?
By email or chat, as they do today: connect the mailbox your shop uses (Gmail, Outlook or any IMAP mailbox) as a channel, and Miross links each conversation to its Squarespace order.
How does a conversation find its order?
By the order number when the customer wrote one. When there is none, by the customer’s email address or phone number. An agent can link an order by hand or unlink a wrong one.
Can Miross change or cancel a Squarespace order?
An order that hasn’t shipped, yes: a new delivery address or a cancellation, from the case, and only after a person checks it and confirms. Once the order has shipped, the case says so.
Can I create shipping labels for my Squarespace orders?
Yes. Connect your own carrier contracts or a Sendcloud account and write rules by country, weight and channel. When an order from your Squarespace shop is ready, Miross makes the label by itself, and the tracking number and the carrier go back to the shop, so the customer can follow the parcel.
How are invoices for Squarespace orders issued?
Miross issues them itself: each invoice carries the VAT of the right country (the destination country’s under the one-stop shop, or your own), a number from your own series and your template. If you keep your books in Holded or Odoo, Miross uses the invoice from there. Either way the PDF reaches the customer from the case.
Can Miross set my prices on Squarespace?
Yes. Products come from Squarespace into the Miross catalogue. You write a margin rule, Miross works out the price from the product’s cost, the shipping and the VAT, and the approved price is written back to your Squarespace shop.
Does Squarespace count as a message channel?
No. Squarespace is a data connector: free on every plan, and it doesn’t count toward your message channels.
