Sell on Kaufland: support, orders, labels and invoices

EULive

Kaufland tickets from every storefront (Germany, Austria, Czechia, Slovakia, Poland, France, Italy, Spain and the Netherlands) land in your queue with the order next to them, and Kaufland orders come into the order book. The shipping label is made automatically by your rules and its tracking number sent back, the invoice is issued with the right VAT and uploaded to the order, and prices are written from your margin rules. Cancellations, refunds per item and accepting returns run through the Kaufland API once a person confirms.

Selling on Kaufland with Miross

Kaufland sellers answer buyer tickets storefront by storefront (Germany, Austria, Czechia, Slovakia, Poland, France, Italy, Spain and the Netherlands), within 48 hours on weekdays. Miross brings the tickets from every storefront into the same queue as Amazon and your Mirakl marketplaces, with the order next to them: items, prices, statuses, the deliver-by date and the delivery city. Kaufland orders come into the order book, the shipping label is made automatically by your rules and its tracking number goes back to Kaufland. The invoice is issued with the VAT of the right country, by Miross itself or from Holded or Odoo if you keep your books there, and uploaded to the Kaufland order; prices are written from your margin rules. A person confirms each cancellation of items that haven’t shipped, each refund per item and each accepted return. Kaufland doesn’t allow address changes, rules never send automatic replies there, and refunds made in the Kaufland Seller Portal aren’t visible to Miross.

What Miross does with Kaufland

  • Tickets from every Kaufland storefront arrive in the queue: Germany, Austria, Czechia, Slovakia, Poland, France, Italy, Spain and the Netherlands.
  • Replies go back into the Kaufland ticket with attachments: PDF, images, Word, Excel and text files.
  • Rules never send automatic replies on Kaufland, and each case shows Kaufland’s reply deadline: 48 hours on weekdays.
  • The order panel shows the items, prices, statuses, the deliver-by date and the delivery city.
  • Kaufland orders come into the order book next to Amazon, your other marketplaces and your shop.
  • Shipping labels are made automatically by your rules (country, weight, channel), and the tracking number goes back to Kaufland, where the order is confirmed as shipped.
  • Invoices: Miross issues the invoice itself, with the VAT of the right country, or takes it from Holded or Odoo if you keep your books there. The PDF is uploaded to the Kaufland order once a person confirms.
  • A price per country from your margin rules, written to Kaufland once you approve it.
  • Cancel items that haven’t shipped, refund per item and accept returns, each once a person confirms.
  • No address change: Kaufland doesn’t allow it. Refunds made in the Kaufland Seller Portal aren’t visible to Miross.

How to connect

  1. In the Kaufland Seller Portal, open Settings → API and copy your client key and secret key.
  2. In Miross, open Settings → Integrations, pick Kaufland, paste both keys and choose the storefronts and how much history to import.
  3. Miross checks the keys on the spot and starts bringing in your tickets and orders.
  4. Connect a carrier and write your shipping rules, and set your tax details once: labels and invoices then follow from each order.

Questions

Can Miross change a delivery address on Kaufland?

No. Kaufland doesn’t allow address changes, so Miross doesn’t offer one on Kaufland orders.

What about refunds made in the Seller Portal?

Miross can’t see them: refunds made in the Kaufland Seller Portal aren’t visible to Miross. Check there before promising a refund in a reply.

How fast must Kaufland tickets be answered?

Within 48 hours on weekdays. Each case shows that deadline, and rules never send automatic replies on Kaufland.

Can I create shipping labels for my Kaufland orders?

Yes. Connect your own carrier contracts or a Sendcloud account and write rules by country, weight and channel. When a Kaufland order is ready, Miross makes the label by itself, and the tracking number and the carrier go back to Kaufland, where the order is confirmed as shipped.

How are invoices for Kaufland orders issued?

Miross issues them itself: each invoice carries the VAT of the right country (the destination country’s under the one-stop shop, or your own), a number from your own series and your template. If you keep your books in Holded or Odoo, Miross uses the invoice from there. Either way the PDF is uploaded to the Kaufland order once a person confirms.

Can Miross set my prices on Kaufland?

Yes. You write a margin rule, and Miross works out the price for each country from the product’s cost, the shipping, the commission and the VAT. Each change waits for your approval, and the approved price is written to Kaufland.

Does Kaufland count as a message channel?

Yes. Every marketplace, mailbox and chat account you connect counts toward your plan’s message channels.
