FedEx shipping labels and tracking
LiveConnect your own FedEx contract and Miross creates the label when the order is ready: rules by country, weight and sales channel choose the service, the tracking number goes back to the marketplace or shop, and every delivery event shows on the customer’s case. Return labels and pickups come from the same connection.
FedEx in Miross
Sellers on Amazon, on marketplaces and in their own shop usually ship with more than one carrier, and each has its own portal for labels, pickups and tracking. Miross connects your own FedEx contract to the order book, so the FedEx label is one more step of the order and not a separate job in another tab. You keep your rates and your account.
From then on the label is created when the order is ready, the tracking number goes back to the channel the order came from, and every delivery event lands on the customer’s case. When a buyer asks where the parcel is, whoever answers already has it in front of them.
What Miross does with FedEx
- Connects your own FedEx contract: your rates, your services and your account, with labels created under your name.
- Rules by country, weight and sales channel choose the carrier and the service, so an order goes with FedEx whenever your rules say so.
- The label is created automatically when the order is ready, and waits as a PDF to print one by one or in a batch.
- A label that is no longer needed can be voided from the order, before the parcel leaves.
- The tracking number goes back to the marketplace or shop the order came from, so the order is confirmed as shipped there without retyping it.
- Tracking status and every delivery event show on the customer’s case, next to the conversation and the order.
- Return labels for your returns portal: the customer asks for the return and receives the FedEx label as a PDF.
- Pickup booking from Miross, for the parcels that are ready that day.
- Your FedEx credentials are stored encrypted and never shown again.
How to connect
- Have your FedEx contract at hand: your customer number and the API credentials of your account.
- In Miross, open Settings → Integrations, pick FedEx and enter them; Miross checks the credentials on the spot.
- Set the rules that send orders to FedEx (country, weight, sales channel) and the service each one uses. Labels are created from the next ready order.

Questions
Do I need my own FedEx contract?
Yes. Miross connects the contract you already have with FedEx: labels are created at your account, at the rates you agreed, and the shipping is billed by FedEx, as it is today.
How does Miross decide which orders ship with FedEx?
With your rules. Each rule looks at the destination country, the weight and the sales channel, and names a carrier and a service. You can keep FedEx for some countries or weights and another carrier for the rest.
Does the marketplace learn that the order has shipped?
Yes. When the FedEx label is created, Miross sends the tracking number and the carrier to the marketplace or shop the order came from, and the order is confirmed as shipped there.
Where do I see where a parcel is?
On the order and on the customer’s case. Tracking status and delivery events from FedEx appear next to the conversation, so a question about a parcel is answered without opening the FedEx website.
Can I cancel a label created by mistake?
Yes. Void the label from the order before the parcel leaves, and create a new one if the address or the service has changed.
Can customers get a FedEx return label?
Yes. The customer asks for the return on your returns portal, and the FedEx return label is created at your contract and reaches them as a PDF.
