Do I need anything from Casa del Libro’s support team?
No. The API key you generate yourself is enough. If the key serves several shops, add one integration per shop id.
Will replies show up in the Casa del Libro back office?
Yes — Miross writes to the same thread through the marketplace API, so the conversation is complete on both sides.
What about attachments?
Inbound attachments are listed on the message; outbound files are sent with your reply and kept as copies.
