FRLiveTruffaut runs on Mirakl. Miross syncs its inbox, links every thread to its order, translates on arrival and executes refunds through the marketplace API — with your seller key and nothing else.
What Miross does with Truffaut
- Syncs the Truffaut inbox every few minutes with cursor discipline — a truncated walk is retried, never skipped.
- Links every thread to its Truffaut order automatically; the order id is right next to the conversation.
- Translates buyer messages on arrival and your replies on send, in the buyer’s language.
- Replies land in the Truffaut thread, addressed to the customer or to the Truffaut operator team.
- Refunds run through the marketplace API with Truffaut’s own reason codes — proposed with evidence, confirmed by you.
How to connect
- Create an API key in the Truffaut seller portal (Settings → API keys).
- In Miross, open Settings → Integrations, pick Truffaut, paste the API URL and the key.
- Miross probes the key, discovers your shop and reason codes, and starts syncing.

Questions
Do I need anything from Truffaut’s support team?
No. The API key you generate yourself is enough. If the key serves several shops, add one integration per shop id.
Will replies show up in the Truffaut back office?
Yes — Miross writes to the same thread through the marketplace API, so the conversation is complete on both sides.
What about attachments?
Inbound attachments are listed on the message; outbound files are sent with your reply and kept as copies.
