What Miross does with Unilae
- Syncs the Unilae inbox every few minutes with cursor discipline — a truncated walk is retried, never skipped.
- Links every thread to its Unilae order automatically; the order id is right next to the conversation.
- Translates buyer messages on arrival and your replies on send, in the buyer’s language.
- Replies land in the Unilae thread, addressed to the customer or to the Unilae operator team.
- Refunds run through the marketplace API with Unilae’s own reason codes — proposed with evidence, confirmed by you.
How to connect
- Create an API key in the Unilae seller portal (Settings → API keys).
- In Miross, open Settings → Integrations, pick Unilae, paste the API URL and the key.
- Miross probes the key, discovers your shop and reason codes, and starts syncing.

Do I need anything from Unilae’s support team?
No. The API key you generate yourself is enough. If the key serves several shops, add one integration per shop id.
Will replies show up in the Unilae back office?
Yes — Miross writes to the same thread through the marketplace API, so the conversation is complete on both sides.
What about attachments?
Inbound attachments are listed on the message; outbound files are sent with your reply and kept as copies.
